Mr. Curt R. Hartman has been the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served on the Board of Directors in 2014 and was appointed as the Interim Chief Executive Officer in 2014. Mr. Hartman also served in various executive leadership roles, including the Interim Chief Executive Officer from 2012 to 2012, Chief Financial Officer from 2009 to 2012, Vice President of Finance from 2008 to 2009 and Global President, President, Vice President and General Manager of Stryker Instruments from 1999 to 2008.

Mr. Todd W. Garner has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2018. He served for 15 years at CR Bard Inc and held several positions, including the Vice President, Investor Relations; Vice President, Controller (Division Chief Financial Officer) of Bard’s Medical Division; Director of the company’s Corporate Financial Reporting, and Controller for the company’s Reynosa Operations. Mr. Garner also served as the Controller and Acting Chief Financial Officer at Echopass Corporation (currently Genesys) and Value Planning Manager at Futura Industries Corporation.

Mr Patrick Beyer has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since April 2024. Prior to this he served as President of International and Global Orthopedics of the company.

Ms. Heather L. Cohen has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer, Company Secretary, and Legal Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Deputy General Counsel of the company. Ms. Cohen also served as the Associate Attorney of Getnick Livingston Atkinson & Priore, LLP.
