Mr. Jean-Christophe Deslarzes has been the Chairman of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman and a Directors of ABB India Ltd from 2018 to 2021. Earlier, he served as the Chief Human Resources Officer and a Director of ABB Group from 2013 to 2019. He was the Chief Human Resources and Organization Officer and a Director from 2010 to 2013 at Carrefour. He held various positions in Rio Tinto and its predecessor companies, Alcan and Alusuisse, in Europe and Canada, including as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and member of the Executive Committee at Alcan Group as well as President and Chief Executive Officer of Downstream Aluminium Businesses at Rio Tinto. He also serves as the Executive Faculty at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.

Mr. Jean-Marc Germain has been an Executive Director and the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he was the Chief Executive Officer at Algeco Scotsman. Previously, he held numerous leadership positions in the aluminum industry including senior executive roles in operations, sales and marketing, financial planning and strategy with Pechiney, Alcan and Novelis. Mr. Germain served at Novelis as the President for North American operations from 2008 to 2012.

Mr. Jack Guo has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Business Development and Strategy and Vice President of Finance at Constellium. Previously, Mr. Guo served as the Director of Investment Banking and Capital Markets at Credit Suisse.

Ms. Ingrid Joerg has been the Chief Operating Officer and an Executive Vice President of the company since 2023. She also serves as the President for Packaging and Automotive Rolled Product business unit of the company. She served as the President for Aerospace and Transportation business unit at the company in 2015. Prior to this, Ms. Joerg served as the Chief Executive Officer at Aleris Rolled Products Europe. She also served as the President for European and Latin American Mill Products business unit at Alcoa.

Mr. Niklaus Schild has been the Chief Information Officer, Chief Digital Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2023. He served as the Director for Information Security and Infrastructure of the company.
