Mr. Joos Sutter has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Head of Retail Business Unit of the company. He served as the Head of Trading Business Unit, Basel of the company from 2010 to 2011. Mr. Sutter served as the Head of Interdiscount Division at Interdiscount from 2005 to 2009. He also held various positions at Interdiscount, including the Head of Sales and Head of Finance or Service from 1999 to 2005. Mr. Sutter worked as the Head of Finance or Personnel for Import Parfümerien AG from 1996 to 1999, and an Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers for Zurich Region from 1991 to 1996.

Mr. Philipp Wyss has been the Chief Executive Officer and Head of Retail Business Unit of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as Head of the Marketing/Procurement Business Unit and Deputy CEO of the company, from 2012 to 2021. Previously, he served as Head of the Retail Business Unit and Head of Zentralschweiz–Zürich Sales Region of the company, Basel from 2009 to 2011. Before that, he served as Member of the Executive Committee of the company, Basel. Earlier, he served as Coop Sales Head of Zentralschweiz–Zürich Region from 2008 to 2009. Prior to this, he served as Head of Fresh Produce Category Management of the company, Basel from 2004 to 2008. Previously, he served as Category Manager for Meat, Fish, Fresh Convenience of the company, Basel from 1997 to 2003. Before that, he served as Senior Product Manager of Federation of Migros Cooperatives, Zurich from 1993 to 1997. Earlier, he served as Sales Manager of Sempione Gehrig AG, Klus from 1990 to 1992.
