Ms. MaryAnn Peterson Kanary has been the Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of the company since August 2023. Prior to this, she served as a Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Barton Malow Holdings LLC, Corporate Secretary for Barton Malow Enterprises, Inc.

Ms. Shannon B. Quinn has been the Chief Commercial and Strategy Officer, Vice President of this company. Prior to this, Ms Quinn served as president, consumer original equipment (OE) North America for Bridgestone Corp. from 2017 to 2022. Previously, she had served the position of Managing Director for the Ford business unit in 2011.
