Mr. James N. Wilson has been the Chairman of the company since 1999. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of NuGEN Technologies, Inc. Mr. Wilson also served as the Director and Chairman of Amira Medical, Inc., Chief Operating Officer of Syntex Corporation from 1991 to 1994 and Chief Executive Officer of LifeScan, Inc. from 1982 to 1988.

Dr. Joseph K. Belanoff has been the the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2014. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Psychopharmacology at the outpatient division of the Palo Alto Veterans Affairs Hospital. Mr. Belanoff also serves as the Clinical Faculty Member and held various positions in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University.

Mr. Atabak Mokari has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the company since 2021. Prior to this role he was Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Corporate Development at Bellicum Pharmaceuticals, Inc from 2018 to 2020. He also served at medical device manufacturer IRIDEX 2016 to 2018. Mr. Mokari director at Wells Fargo Securities LLC’s healthcare investment banking group from 2013 to 2016. He worked at UBS’s healthcare investment banking group from 2009 to 2013 and at Credit Suisse’s healthcare investment banking group from 2005 to 2009. Mr. Mokari have 20 years of leadership experience in life sciences and healthcare finance.

Dr. Hazel Hunt has been the Chief Scientific Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President, Research of the company. Dr. Hunt also served as the Director of Chemistry and Operations at Argenta from 2002 to 2011. She also worked for Celltech, initially as a Group Leader in Medicinal Chemistry and ultimately as Section Leader, Project Chemistry. Dr Hunt served as a Research Fellow at The Centre for Drug Design and Development from 1992 to 1994.

Mr. Charles Robb has been the Chief Business Officer and Secretary of the company since 2021. Prior to this role, he served more than nine years as the Chief financial Officer of the company. Mr. Robb served as the Senior Vice President of Operations, Administration and Finance of Fitness Anywhere, Inc from 2005 to 2011.
