Mr. Randolph I. Thornton has been the Chairman of the company since 2004. Prior to this, he served as the President and the Chief Executive Officer of Comdisco Holding Company Inc; and also held various positions with Citigroup Inc from 1970 to February 2004. Currently, he serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Comdisco Holding Company, Inc and Post Confirmation Trust of the Fleming Companies. Mr. Thornton is expected to be retired from the current position as of the 2021 Annual Meeting.

Mr. Scott E. McPherson has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and President of the company from 2017 to 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Business Operations and Strategic Opportunities of the company from 2015 to 2017. He served as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development from 2009 and 2014, and as the Senior Vice President of the US Distribution (East) from 2007 to 2009. He also served as the Vice President of U.S. Divisions from 2003 to 2007; the President of our Fort Worth distribution center 2001 to 2003. Earlier, he served as a Director of Corporate Marketing and from 1992 to 2000, he was the General/Area Sales Manager of Portland distribution center.

Mr. Christopher M. Miller has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since 2016 and as the Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer in January 2007. Previously, he served as the Vice President and Controller at Cost Plus World Market from 2002 to 2007; Chief Financial Officer at Echo Outsourcing from 2000 to 2002; and held various financial roles at Levi Strauss & Co. from 1996 to 2000.

Mr. Christopher K. Hobson has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President for Eastern Divisions of the company from 2017 to 2018. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President for Marketing division from January 2013 to December 2014, and as the Vice President of Marketing of the company from 2009 to 2012. Earlier, he worked as the President for Corona Division from 2007 to 2009, and as the Hayward Division President of the company from 2005 to 2007. He also served as General/Area Sales Manager from 2000 to 2005. Earlier, Mr. Hobson worked as a Market Manager for 7-Eleven, Inc.

Ms. Jennifer Hulett has been the Chief Human Resource Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President and Head of People for North America at Ericsson from 2015 to 2020. Previously, she held various roles in the Oil & Gas, Power, Nuclear and Industrial divisions at General Electric.
