Mr. John Krenicki Jr has been the Chairman of the company since 2022. He also serves as the Vice Chairman of CD&R and the Chairman of Brand Industrial Holdings, Inc. Prior to this, he served as the Vice Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Energy at General Electric Co. Mr. Krenicki also serves as a Director of Devon Energy Corporation.

Mr. Gunner Smith has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he was the President of Roofing at Owens Corning. He also served as Vice President of sales, distribution, and home centers, and in other positions leading sales, marketing, and pricing roles. Previously, Mr. Smith served as National Sales Manager at PlyGem. He also served in sales management roles at Elk Corporation.

Ms. Susan S. Selle has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since 2018. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Ply Gem. Ms. Selle also held senior marketing and brand leadership roles at Jarden Consumer Solutions from 1998 to 2014.

Mr. Christian Storch has been the Interim Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2026. Prior to this, he served as chief financial officer at Altra Industrial Motion Corp, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Standex International Corporation, where he also held leadership positions in the treasury and corporate audit and assurance services functions. In addition, Storch served on the board of directors of Standex International from 2004 to 2007. Previously, he was a Divisional Financial Director and Corporate Controller at Vossloh AG and served as an Audit Manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP.
