Mr. Himanshu Palsule has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since January 2022. He has over 35 years of experience in leading global organizations, business transformation, and driving growth. Prior to this, Mr. Himanshu served as the President of Epicor. Previously, he served as the Chief Technology Officer and Head of Strategy at Sage Software. Mr. Himanshu also served at Open Systems International, Man-Trak, and HCL.

Mr. Ryan Courson has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since April 2022. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Financial Officer at EagleView. Prior to EagleView, he served as a Chief Financial Officer at Atlas Corp.

Ms. Deepika Rayala has been the Chief Digital and Information Officer of the company. Prior to this, she served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer of the International Operations Center at Yext.

Mr. Srinivasa Ogireddy has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since February 2022. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President of Engineering, Platform, and Cloud of the company. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Technology Officer at Saba Software. Prior to that, Mr. Ogireddy served as the Vice President of Product Development and Delivery at Coremetrics.

Mr. Bernd Leger has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since April 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Mimecast. Previously, he served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Nexthink.
