Mr. Liu Chong has been the Chairman of the company since June 2022. Prior to this, he served as a Deputy section chief and vice director at China Shipping Group Company Limited. Previously he served as a Deputy General Manager of China Shipping Logistics Co., Ltd.,the chief financial officer of China Shipping Haisheng Shipping Co Ltd. and China Shipping Container Lines Co., Ltd and the General Manager of China Shipping Investment Co., Ltd.,the Director and General Manager of COSCO SHIPPING Development Co., Ltd

Mr. Lin Feng has been the Chief Accountant of the company. Prior to this, he served as Financial Officer of the branch office of Shanghai Haixing Freight Co., Ltd., and the Deputy Chief Financial Officer and the Chief Financial Officer of the finance department in Shanghai of China Shipping Bulk Carrier Co., Ltd. from July 1997 to December 2007. Mr. Lin served as the Chief Accountant and the Deputy General Manager of COSCO SHIPPING Investment Holding Co., Limited.
