Mr. Zhu Tao has been the Chairman of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as Managing Director of the company. Prior to this, Mr. Tao served as an Executive Director and the Deputy General Manager of COSCO SHIPPING Holdings Co., Ltd. and Director of Qingdao Port International Co., Ltd. Previously, he served as a business Deputy Manager and Business Manager of the Dispatching Division of the Liner Department of COSCO Container Lines Co., Ltd, Deputy Head of the Business Division of the Coastal Transportation Department of COSCO Container Lines, Manager of the East and South China Operating Department of Sino-Japan Trade Division of COSCO Container Lines, Deputy General Manager and Chairman of the Labour Union of Shanghai PANASIA Shipping Company Limited. Additionally, he served as the Deputy General Manager of Americas Trading Division of COSCO Container Lines, General Manager of COSCO Container Lines (Netherlands) B.V.

Mr. Sun Kai has been the Deputy General Manager and Chief Compliance Officer of the Company since April 2025. Previously, he served as department manager at China Ocean Shipping Agency Dalian Co., Ltd., project manager at COSCO Pacific Ltd., executive deputy general manager of Guangzhou Nansha Port Container Terminal Co., Ltd., general manager of the Strategy & Development Department at COSCO Pacific (China) Investment Co., Ltd., chief operation officer of Piraeus Container Terminal S.A. Prior to this, Mr. Kai also served as party secretary and executive deputy general manager of Quanzhou Pacific Container Terminal Co., Ltd./Jinjiang Pacific Port Development Co., Ltd., general manager and deputy party secretary of Anqing Port Co., Ltd., chief executive officer of COSCO SHIPPING Ports (Spain) Terminal Co., Ltd., and the chairman and party secretary of Tianjin Port Container Terminal Co., Ltd.

Mr. Zhao has been the Chief Accountant of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as the Section Manager of the Accounting Section of the Finance Department of Qingdao Ocean Shipping Co., Ltd, Chief Financial Officer of COSCO Africa Co., Ltd, Deputy Manager of the Fund Management Office of the Finance Department of China Ocean Shipping (Group) company. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Manager of the Fund Management Office of the Financial Management Department of China COSCO SHIPPING Corporation Limited.

Mr. Chen Yipeng has been the Deputy General Manager of the Company since 2022. Previously, he served as the Executive Assistant to Managing Director of the Company since 2021 and served as managing director of Xiamen Ocean Gate Container Terminal Co., Ltd. Prior to this, he served as the deputy general manager of Shanghai Ocean Industry Corporation, deputy general manager of the Asia-Pacific Trade Division of COSCO Container Lines Co., Ltd and marketing director of COSCO Xiamen International Freight Co., Ltd.
