Business Description
Costa Group Holdings is an integrated agricultural business, which grows, packs, distribute, and sells vegetable and fruits. The company has more than 7,200 hectares of farmland, 40 hectares of glasshouse facilities, and three main mushroom-growing facilities across Australia. It also has six blueberry farms in Morocco and four berry farms in China, covering approximately 750 planted hectares. Costa Group Holdings operates three reportable segments Produce, Costa Farms & Logistics (CF&L), and International. In FY2022, the company’s capital expenditure stood at AUD106.6 million, which decreased 16.5% YoY.
