Mr. Carsten Bjerg has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2021. He also serves as a Director of Arminox, Robco Engineering, Hydrema, TCM Group, Bogballe, Ellepot, Guldager, Agrometer, and PCH Engineering. Prior to this, he also served as the Chief Executive Officer, and Group President of Grundfos from 2006 to 2013. He served as the Executive Vice President and the Vice Group President of Grundfos from 2003 to 2006. Mr. Bjerg served as the Group Vice President of Operations of Grundfos from 1997 to 2000. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Valves Business Unit at Danfoss from 1994 to 1997. Mr. Bjerg served as the Factory Manager of Refrigeration Valves at Danfoss from 1989 to 1994. Prior to this, he served as the Project Manager, and Manager of Danfoss from 1983 to 1989.

Ms. Natalie Shaverdian Riise-Knudsen has been the Chief Financial Officer, and an Executive Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President of Business Finance at Novozymes. Ms. Knudsen held various position in companies such as RSA Nordic, GE Capital Nordic and GE Capital.

Mr. Jens Hojgaard Christoffersen has been the President and Group Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Business Development Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Technical Director, Regional Vice President, and Senior Vice President of the company.

Mr. Marius Weydahl Berg has been the Chief Business Development Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President of COWI's Norwegian business. Mr. Berg also served as the Senior Vice President & Member of Apply Group’s.

Mr. Jukka Pertola serves as the Chairman of the company. He also serves as a Director of Asetek A/S (MB), GN Store Nord A/S, Tryg A/S and Tryg Forsikring A/S (CB), and Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy A/S (CB).
