Mr. Daobiao Chen is the Chairman of the company. Prior to joining in this company, he served as Deputy Director of the Economic Information Sector at Organization of Development and Global Cooperation of Energy Interconnection, and as Vice President of State Grid International Development Co., Ltd. Previously, he served as Deputy Director General of the Construction Department of the State Grid Corporation of China from 2015-2016. Earlier he served as Senior Vice President of State Grid Shanghai Electric Power Company from 2011-2015.

Mr. Bo Wen has been the Chairman of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as a Member and Technical Director of the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines from 2011 to 2018. He served as the Executive Vice President of State Grid Xinjiang Electric Power Company from 2009 to 2011 and Senior Vice President of State Grid Gansu Electric Power Company from 2005 to 2009. Mr. Wen also held various roles including Filed Engineer, Section Chief, Divisional Manager, Deputy Chief Engineer and Manager General at State Grid Gansu Electric Power Company. He also serves as the President and Senior Vice President of State Grid International Development Corporation since 2018.

Mr. Gustavo Estrella has been the Chief Executive Officer, and Director of the company since February 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Financial and Investor relations of the company; and Financial Investor Relations Officer and Director of RGE, CPFL Paulista, CPFL Piratininga and CPFL Geracao from 2013 to 2019. He also held various positions in the company including Manager of Economic and Financial Planning, Control Director and Investor Relations Officer from 2001 to 2013. Mr. Estrella also worked in Lafarge Group, Light S.A. and Brasil Telecom S.A. Currently, he serves as a Director of RGE, CPFL Paulista, and CPFL Piratininga.

Mr. Yuehui Pan has been the Chief Financial Officer, Director and Investor Relations Officer since February 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of the Fiscal Council of Belo Monte Transmissora de Energia SA. He served as a Vice Director of the Financial Assets Department of State Grid International Development Co Ltd from 2009 to 2010 and also worked in finance department at China Power Technology Co Ltd from 2007 to 2009.
