Mr. Carey Bond has been the Chairman of the company since January 2025. Previously, he was the Vice Chairman of the company from August 2020 to December 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Corporate Strategy, Chief Marketing Officer, and President of Commercial Systems and Services at Sikorsky Aircraft Corp. Currently, Mr. Bond serves as Directors of NWI Aerostructures and NWI Precision, business units of Stony Point Group. Mr. Bond has also served on Shanghai Sikorsky Aircraft Company Limited, New Eclipse Aerospace, and PZL Mielec Aircraft Company.

Mr. Terry Stinson has been the Vice Chairman of the company since January 2025. Previously, he was the Chairman of the company from 2018 to 2024. Prior to this, he held various positions at AAR CORP including Executive Vice President of AAR CORP and Group Vice President from 2007 to 2013. He also served as Chief Executive Officer of Xelus, Inc., from 2002 to 2005. He also held various positions at Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., including Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 1998 to 2001, and President from 1996 to 1998. Previously, he served as Group Vice President and Segment President of Textron Aerospace Systems and Components from 1991 to 1996. Mr. Stinson also served as President of the Hamilton Standard division of United Technologies Corporation from 1986 to 1996. Currently, Mr. Stinson also serves as Chief Executive Officer of Stinson Consulting.

Ms. Dorith Hakim has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company since March 2022. Previously she served as Group Vice President of Parker Hannifin Aerospace from March 2018 to August 2021. Prior to that, she served as Vice President of Corporate Program Management and Operations Excellence at Triumph Group from July 2017 to February 2018. Ms. Hakim was also a Director of Aftermarket Operations at Sikorsky Aircraft Inc from June 2015 to April 2016. She also served as President and General Manager of Sikorsky Global Helicopters, Inc from August 2010 to June 2015. Ms. Hakim also served as Chief Procurement Officer at Vought Aircraft Inc from November 2009 to August 2010.

Mr. Robert Mannix has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since December 2025. Previously, he was the Executive Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, and Head of Tax & Treasury at West Technology Group. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller of Verint Systems. Prior to that, he worked at Ernst & Young.
