Mr. Carey Bond has been the Vice Chairman of the company since August 2020. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Corporate Strategy, Chief Marketing Officer, and President of Commercial Systems and Services at Sikorsky Aircraft Corp.

Ms. Dorith Hakim has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since March 2022. Previously she served as Group Vice President of Parker Hannifin Aerospace. Prior to that, she served at Triumph Group as Vice President of Corporate Program Management and Operations Excellence. Ms. Hakim was also a Director of Aftermarket Operations at Sikorsky Aircraft Inc.

Mr. Terry Stinson has been the Non-Executive Chairman of the company since 2018. Currently, he serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Stinson Consulting, LLC. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President at AAR CORP; Chief Executive Officer at Xelus, Inc.; Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer at Bell Helicopter Textron Inc; Group Vice President and Segment President of Textron Aerospace Systems and Components at Textron Inc; President of the Hamilton Standard division at United Technologies Corp; and a Director at Lennox International Inc, and Triumph Group Inc.
