Mr. Hiroshi Rinno has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Head of the Credit Card Division and Strategic Planning Department. He joined the company in 1982 and held various positions such as Director; Managing Director; Senior Managing Director; President and Chief Executive Officer; and Head of Audit Office and Credit Card. Earlier, he worked at Utsunomiya Shop and Seibu Department Stores.

Mr. Katsumi Mizuno has been the Chief Operating Officer, Executive President and Director of the company since March 2021. He also serves as a Director of Kisetsu Saison Finance (India) Pvt. Ltd, Fintertech Co., Ltd, and Saison International Pte. Ltd. . He joined Credit Saison in 1992 and held various positions such as General Manager, Saison Card Dept. in March 2005; General Manager, UC Card Dept. in September 2007; General Manager, Solution Dept. No.2 in March 2010 and General Manager, Business Planning Dept. and Product & Service Development Group. He was also a Director, Business Planning Dept., General Manager, Overseas Business Division and Overseas Business Strategy Dept. as well as General Manager, Overseas Business Division, head of Business Planning Dept and Managing Director in 2016. In March 2019, he was Head of Global Business Division, General Manager, Payment Business Division, Head of Strategic Planning Dept., Alliance Development Dept., Affiliated Store Planning Dept., Business Development Dept. and Asset Management Dept.

Mr. Naoki Takahashi is the Chief Human Resource Officer, Executive Vice President and a Director of the company since March 2020. He joined the company as an Advisor in in April 2005 and also held various position, including Managing Director, General Manager, Business Strategy Division, Senior Managing Director, Head of Corporate Planning Dept., Strategic Investment Dept. and Internet Business Division, General Manager, Credit Division and many more. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Officer, General Manager, Osaka Corporate Banking Division No.2 of Mizuho Corporate Bank, Ltd. He joined The Fuji Bank, Limited (Present Mizuho Financial Group, Inc.) in April 1974.

Mr. Kazutoshi Ono has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since March 2023. He also serves as the Director, Chief Digital Officer and Senior Managing Executive Officer of the company. Previously, he served as aManaging Executive Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Head of Digital Innovation Division, General Manager, Digital Innovation Division, and General Manager, Technology Center. He joined Credit Saison as Chief Technology Officer, General Manager, Technology Center in March 2019. He held various positions, including Director, Head of Digital Innovation Division, and General Manager, Technology Center in 2019.

Mr. Eiji Sakaguchi has been a Director of the company since June2023. He also serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CBRE KK. Previously, he served as a Managing Director, Investment Banking Division, Head of Real Estate Group. He also served as a President at CBRE K.K.
