Mr. Axel P. Lehmann has been the Chairman of the company since January 2022. Prior to this, he held various positions in UBS from 2009 to 2021 including Member of the company Executive Board, President UBS Switzerland and President Personal & Corporate Banking, and Group Chief Operating Officer. Previously, he worked with Zurich Insurance Group Ltd.

Mr. Ulrich Korner has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since August 2022. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer Asset Management since 2021. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer of UBS Asset Management. Prior to this, Mr. Korner served as Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company.

Mr. Dixit Joshi has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since October 2022. Prior to this role, he served as Group Treasurer at Deutsche Bank. Mr. Joshi worked as Deutsche Bank’s Fixed-Income Institutional Client Group head. He also worked as head of the bank’s Listed Derivatives and Markets Clearing as well as Global Prime Finance APAC Equities in Hong Kong. Prior to that, Mr. Joshi served in senior positions at Barclays Capital.

Ms. Francesca McDonagh has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she served as the company Chief Executive Officer at Bank of Ireland from 2017 to 2022. Previously, she held various roles in HSBC and its subsidiaries including Head of Personal Financial Services, Group General Manager of Retail Banking and Wealth Management, Head of Premier Banking, Manager of HSBC Group Strategy Implementation and Regional Head of Retail Banking and Wealth Management.

Mr. David Wildermuth has been the Chief Risk Officer of the company since 2022. Previously, he was the Deputy Chief Risk Officer at Goldman Sachs from 2015 to 2022. Prior to this, Mr. Wildermuth served as Global Chief Credit Officer and Global Head of Credit Risk Management and Advisory at Goldman Sachs.
