Ms. Barbara Munroe has been the Chairman of Board of Directors of the company since 2019. Prior to this, she served as the Executive Vice President, Corporate Services and General Counsel for WestJet Airlines from 2016-2019. She also served as the Vice President, Senior Vice President, Corporate Services, and General Counsel of WestJet Airlines from 2011-2015. From 2008-2011, Ms. Munroe served as Assistant General Counsel of Upstream at Imperial Oil Ltd; and from 2000-2008 as a Senior Vice President, Legal/IP, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary for SMART Technologies Inc.

Mr. Craig Bryksa has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President, Engineering West, and held various senior management roles within Crescent Point from 2006 to 2017. He also served as a professional engineer in the oil and gas industries that includes Enerplus Resources Fund and McDaniel and Associates Consultants.

Mr. Ken Lamont has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President, Finance and Treasurer for the company. Prior to that, Mr. Lamont has worked in several roles in the oil and gas industry in companies such as Direct Energy Marketing Ltd, Shelter Bay, and Shell Trading Gas and Power Canada Ltd since 2001. Earlier to that, he served as a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Mr. Ryan Gritzfeldt is the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as Vice President, Marketing and Innovation and Vice President, Engineering and Business Development East, since 2010 to 2018. He also served as Engineering Manager, Southeast Saskatchewan, since 2006 to 2009. He has served in the oil and gas industry since 1998 and served for the companies such as Talisman Energy Inc and Shelter Bay.
