Cresco Labs Inc: Executives

Ms. Thomas Manning has been the Chairman of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Dun & Bradstreet (“D&B”). Mr. Tom served as Chief Executive Officer of Cerberus Asia Operations & Advisory Limited, Capgemini Asia and Ernst & Young Consulting Asia. He was also a Director and Senior Partner with corporate strategy firm Bain & Company.

Mr. Charles Bachtell serves as Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company. Prior to Cresco Labs, he served as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Guaranteed Rate mortgage bank for 8 years.

Ms. Sharon Schuler has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2024. Previously, she held Senior Financial Management roles for large public and private national retailers, including The TJX Companies, Clarks America, and Caleres.

Mr. Zach Marburger has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since 2019. Previously, he served as founder and Chief Executive Officer of Whaxy.

Mr. Angie Demchenko has been the Chief People Officer of the company since 2019. Previously, she served as Vice President, Head of Human Resources for Starwood Retail Partners, the retail real estate arm of Starwood Capital Group.
