Mr. Richie Boucher has been the Chairman of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive of Bank of Ireland Group plc from 2009 to 2017. He held several positions at Bank of Ireland, Royal Bank of Scotland and Ulster Bank. Currently, he serves as a Director at Kennedy-Wilson Holdings Inc and Clonbio Group Limited.

Mr. Albert Manifold has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2014. Prior to this, he served as the Group Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2009. Previously, he served in various senior positions such as Finance Director of the Europe Materials Division, Group Development Director and Managing Director, Europe Materials of the company. He also served as the Chief Operating Officer of a private equity group. He also serves as a Director of LyondellBasell Industries NV and Mercury Holdings Unlimited Company.

Mr. Jim Mintern has been the Chief Financial Officer and a Director of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Finance at the company. He held various positions at the company including the Country Manager of Ireland, the Managing Director of the Western and Eastern regions of Europe Materials Division, and the Chief of Staff to the Chief Executive.

Mr. Randy Lake has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as the Group Executive of Strategic Operations of the company from 2020 to 2021 and President of Americas Materials from 2016 to 2020. He served as the President of our Americas Materials Performance group of the company.

Mr. Juan Pablo San Agustin serves as the Group Executive of Strategic Planning, Innovation and Venturing at the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President of Strategic Planning and New Business Development at CEMEX.
