Mr. Thomas Kirchberg has been the Chairman of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer in Industrial Markets and Research &Development responsible for the Sugar and CropEnergies. Previously, he served as the Member of Sudzucker AG. Prior to this, he served as the Speaker of the Executive Board of Sudzucker Polska from 2004 to 2007, development and management of Südzucker Moldova from 2003 to 2004, and Managing Director of Südzucker International from 1997 to 2003. Earlier, Mr. Kirchberg started his career at Sudzuker Ag as an employee in Raw Materials Department.

Mr. Stephan Meeder has been Chief Executive Officer of the company since July 2020. He also serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of the French sugar producer Saint Louis Sucre SA, Paris from 2007 to 2015. He joined in Corporate Finance department at Sudzucker AG in 2006. Mr. Meeder worked in Corporate Finance and M&A of Robert Bosch GmbH from 2001 to 2006; also served in Corporate Finance Department of KPMG from 2000 to 2001 and served in ABB Structured Finance GmbH from 1996 to 2000.

Jurgen Bottcher has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since May 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Technical Director of CropEnergies AG during 2012. Previousl, he also served as the Managing Director of CropEnergies Bioethanol GmbH Zeitz in 2006.

Mr. Fritz Georg Von Graevenitz has been the Chief Sales Officer of the company since October 2019. Prior to this, he served as Head of the central auditing department and Compliance Officer of Südzucker AG. Previously, he also served as the Assistant to the CEO of Südzucker AG during 2015.
