Mr. Kevin C. Clark has been the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and President of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he served as non-executive Chairman of the company from 2022 to December 2025; as President of the company from 2019 to 2022. Previously, Mr. Clark also served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in several companies, including Hire Innovations, Inc. from 2015 to 2018; OGH, LLC from 2002 to 2015; Pinnacor, Inc. from 1999 to 2001; Poppe Tyson, Inc. from 1996 to 1998; and Cross Country, Inc. from 1986 to 1994.

Mr. William J. Burns has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since February 2019. Prior to this, he served as Chief Operating Officer of the company from 2018 to 2019. Previously, he also held several leadership roles, including Group Vice President and Corporate Controller at Gartner, Inc. from 2008 to 2014; Chief Accounting Officer at CA Technologies, Inc. from 2006 to 2008. Mr. Burns served in Various accounting and finance roles at Time Warner, Coty, Inc., Honeywell, and Adecco North America from 1995 to 2006. Earlier, he served as an Auditor and Senior Auditor at Deloitte & Touche, LLC from 1992 to 1995.

Ms. Amiee Hawkins has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since March 2026. Prior to this, she served in various roles within the company including Chief Solutions Officer from 2024 to 2025, Senior Vice President and Enterprise Operations from 2022 to 2024, Division Senior Vice President of Nurse and Allied Operations from 2020 to 2022, Vice President of Shared Services Operations and Nurse and Allied Operations from 2019 to 2020, and Vice President of Centralized Services – MSN from 2014 to 2019.

Mr. James V. Redd III has been the Chief Accounting Officer of the company 2022. Prior to this, he served as Assistant Corporate Controller for Vision Group Holdings. Previously, he served in various accounting positions such as SOX compliance, GL and SEC reporting for Tyco and ADT. Before this, he served as a Manager in the South Florida audit and assurance practice with at Deloitte & Touche LLP.

Mr. Marvin Veizaga has been the Chief Accounting Officer of the company since March 2026. Prior to this, he held various positions in the company including Group Vice President and Corporate Controller from 2023 to 2026; Vice President and Assistant Controller from 2021 to 2023; and Vice President and Business Unit Controller from 2020 to 2021. Previously, he also held in various accounting roles of the company from 2015 to 2020. Earlier, Mr. Veizaga served as Senior Auditor at Deloitte & Touche, LLP from 2012 to 2015.
