Mr. Kevin C. Clark has been the Chairman of the company since March 2022. Previously, he served as President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2019. Prior to this, Mr. Kevin held leadership positions at Talivity Inc; OGH LLC and Pinnacor. He co-founded Cross Country in the year 1986 and served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman until 1994.

Mr. John A. Martins has been the President, Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company since March 2022. Previously, he served as Group President, Delivery.

Mr. William J. Burns has been the Chief Financial Officer and the Executive Vice President of the company since February 2019. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company effective from April 1, 2014, and as the Principal Accounting Officer, from December 1, 2014. Prior to joining the Company, he served as the Group Vice President and Corporate Controller for Gartner, Inc since 2008. Mr. Burns was the Chief Accounting Officer for CA Technologies, Inc from 2006 until 2008.

Mr. James Redd is the Chief Accounting Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as Assistant Corporate Controller for Vision Group Holdings. Previously, he served in various accounting positions such as SOX compliance, GL and SEC reporting for Tyco and ADT. Before this, he served as a Manager in the South Florida audit and assurance practice with at Deloitte & Touche LLP.

Mr. Phillip Noe has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this role, he held leadership roles at Vaco, LLC, Adecco Group, Advanced Solutions Practice Consulting Group, and Fidelity National Information Services.
