Mr. John J. Zillmer has been the Chairman of the company since 2019. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Aramark Corp. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer from 2009 to 2012 and an Executive Chairman of Univar Inc. Previously, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Allied Waste Industries Inc from 2005 to 2008. Earlier, he served as a Director of Liberty Capital Partners and Reynolds American Inc. Currently, he serves as a Director of Ecolab Inc and Aramark.

Mr. Joseph R. Hinrichs has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the President of global automotive business at Ford Motor Co from 2019 to 2020. Previously, Mr. Hinrichs served as the President for Global operations from 2017 to 2019 and President of Americas and Asia Pacific and Africa at Ford. Currently, he serves as a Director of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co, the Chairman for Exide Technologies.

Mr. Sean R. Pelkey has been the Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Vice President of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President for Finance and Treasury of the company in 2017. Mr. Pelkey also served as an Assistant Vice President of Capital Markets and a Director for Performance Analysis at the company.

Mr. Michael A. Cory has been the Chief Operating Officer and an Executive Vice President of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and an Executive Vice President of Canadian National Railway. He also served as the Vice President of Network Operations, Senior Vice President of Network Operations, Senior Vice President of the Eastern Region and Senior Vice President at Canadian National Railway.

Ms. Angela C. Williams has been the Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of the company since 2018. Prior to this, she served as the Assistant Vice President, Assistant Controller and in other several accounting roles at the company.
