Dr. Laurent Fischer has been the Chairman of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Advisor on the Frazier Healthcare Partners Life Sciences. Previously, Mr. Fischer also served as the Chief Executive Officer; Chairman at Jennerex, Inc and the President and the Chief Executive Officer of Ocera Therapeutics. He also held various senior positions at DuPont-Merck, Hoffmann-La Roche, and DuPont Pharmaceuticals. Currently, he also serves as the Senior Vice President, Head of the Liver Therapeutic Area at Allergan.

Dr. Adam R. Craig has been the President, the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since March 2017. Prior to this, he worked as an independent consultant to support CTI BioPharma and other hematology/oncology biotechnology companies since 2016. Previously, Mr. Craig also served as the Chief Medical Officer and the Executive Vice President of Development of Sunesis Pharmaceuticals. From 2012 to 2016, he served as the Chief Medical Officer and the Senior Vice President of Chemgenex Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Prior to this, he served as member of the Royal College of Physicians (UK) and also served as a Product Development Reviewer for the Cancer Prevention Research Institute of Texas.

Mr. David H. Kirske has been the Chief Financial Officer, the Executive Officer, Secretary of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Principal Financial and Accounting Officer of the company. Previously, Mr. Kirske also served as the Chief Financial Officer and Consultant. Prior to that, he served as the Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of Helix BioMedix, Treasurer and Corporate Controller for F-5 Networks and Redhook Brewery.

Mr. James K. Fong has been Chief Commercial Officer and senior vice president since 2022. Prior to this, he was Senior Vice President, US Commercial Operations and EU General Manager and Vice President, Commercial Operations and EU General Manager in the same organization. Previously, he also worked as global commercial operations leader.
