Prior to this he served as a Managing Director at Pretium Partners. previously he served various leadership roles at Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relations and Financial Planning and Analysis at General Electric, Life Technologies, Honeywell International, and Vixxo Corporation.

Ms. Deborah Cegielski has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources and Diversity Officer of the company since 2022. Earlier she served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Velocity Vehicle Group, Chief Human Resources Officer at OSI Systems, Vice President of human resources at Landing Gear, and Vice President of human resources at AMETEK.
