Mr. A.J. Kazimi has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 1999. Prior to this, he served for eleven years at Therapeutic Antibodies Inc as its President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to that, Mr. Kazimi worked at Brown-Forman Corporation. He served on the board of directors for the Nashville Health Care Council, in the US and Aegis Toxicology Sciences Corporation. Currently, he also serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cumberland Emerging Technologies, Inc.

Mr. John Hamm has been the Director Finance & Accounting and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. Previously he served as Director of corporate development. Prior to joining Cumberland, Hamm served as senior executive positions in the health care, broadcasting and telecom industries.

Mr. James L. Herman is the Senior Vice President and the Chief Compliance Officer of the company. He has been working with Cumberland Pharmaceuticals since 2003. From 1998 to 2003, Mr. Herman served at Solvay Pharmaceuticals as Director of Managed Care and Director of Trade Affairs and Customer Service. From 1990 to 1998, he served at Schwarz Pharma, where he held national sales leadership positions in National Accounts and Managed Care.
