Ms. Jennifer Rumsey has been the Chairman of the company since August 2023 and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of the company, from 2021 to 2022 and as Vice President and President of the components division, from 2019 to 2020. Ms. Rumsey has also served as Vice President and Chief Technical Officer, from 2015 to 2019.

Mr. Mark A. Smith has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Cummins since March 2019. Earlier, he served as Vice President of Financial Operations from 2016 to 2019 and Vice President of Investor Relations and Business Planning and Analysis from 2014 to 2016.

Mr. Jonathan Wood has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since April 2023. Prior to this he served as a Vice President of New Power Engineering of Cummins, Director, Engineering -Turbo Technologies at CTT, Executive Director, Engineering - Emission Solutions, and Vice President – Components Engineering.

Ms. Nicole Y Lamb-Hale has been the Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of the company 2022. Prior to this, she served as Vice President and General Counsel, from 2021 to 2022 of the company. Ms. Lamb-Hale has also served as Managing Director and Washington, DC City Leader, from 2020 to 2021;as Managing Director, from 2016 to 2020 at Kroll and as Senior Vice President at Albright Stonebridge Group.

Ms. Sharon R Barner has been the Chief Administrative Officer, Corporate Secretary and Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary from 2020 to 2021 and as Vice President and General Counsel of the company from 2012 to 2020. Ms. Barner has also served as Deputy Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property and Deputy Director of the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and as private law practitioner in Foley & Lardner. She has more than 30 years of experience in legal profession.
