Mr. Andrew W Hobson serves as the Chairman of the company. Previously, he served as the Partner and Chief Financial Officer at Innovatus Capital Partners, LLC. He served as the Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from October 2007 to February 2015 at Univision Communications Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Hobson served as the Principal at Chartwell Partners LLC from 1990 to 1994. He currently also serves on the board of directors at Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, Inc.

Ms. Mary G Berner has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since 2015. Previously, she served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of MPA-The Association of Magazine Media. Ms. Berner also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Reader’s Digest Association and as President and Chief Executive Officer of Fairchild Publications, Inc. Prior to this, she served as Vice President and Publisher of Condé Nast’s Glamour.

Mr. Frank Lopez-Balboa has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since March 2020. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Univision Communications Inc. Mr. Balboa also served at Goldman, Sachs & Co and Merrill, Lynch & Co. Mr. Lopez-Balboa presently serves on the board of directors of United Rentals, Inc.
