Ms. Lynn M. Bamford has been the Chair and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she served as the President of Defense and Power Segments at the company. Previously, she also served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Defense Solutions and Nuclear division of the company from 2013 to 2019. Ms. Bamford also served as the Vice President and General Manager of the company’s Embedded Computing business. Earlier, she worked as the Vice President of Product Development and Marketing for the company’s Controls segment.

Mr. K. Christopher Farkas has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since January 2026. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Finance from 2017 to 2020. Previously, he also served as the Corporate Controller of the company from September 2014 to December 2017. Mr. Farkas also held the position of Assistant Corporate Controller of the company from 2009 to 2014.

Mr. Kevin M. Rayment has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since January 2026. Prior to this, he served as the President of the Commercial and Industrial segment of the company from 2020 to 2021. Mr. Rayment also served as the Vice President and General Manager of the company’s Avionics & Industrial business and as the Technical and Sales Director and as the Managing Director of Integrating sensing at the company’s Controls segment. Earlier, he held various engineering and marketing positions at the company.

Mr. John C. Watts has been the Chief Growth Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2026. Prior to this, he served various roles in the company including Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development; Vice President of Strategy and Communications; Director and Vice President of Business Development. Previously, Mr. Watts held positions in Business Development and Quality in General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems.
