Ms. Michelle M. MacKay has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2023. Prior to this, served as the President and Chief Operating Officer from 2022 to 2023. Previously, she served on the Board of Directors from 2018 until 2020. Prior to joining the company, she held the position of Executive Vice President, Investments and Head of Capital Markets at Safehold Inc. and served as Executive Director, Commercial Real Estate at UBS. Ms. MacKay also worked as Vice President, Fixed Income at J.P. Morgan and as Assistant Vice President, Real Estate and Fixed Income at The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc.

Mr. Neil Johnston has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Accounting Officer of the company from September 2022 to May 2024. Previously, he was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Presidio, Inc. from January 2018 to December 2020. He also held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Cox Automotive from June 2015 to December 2017. Mr. Johnston began his career with Cox Enterprises in 1996, serving in various financial roles.

Mr. Andrew McDonald has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as President of the company. Prior to this, he was the Chief Executive of the Americas beginning in July 2020. He led Cushman & Wakefield’s Americas West region from November 2017 to July 2020 and served as Executive Managing Director and Regional Managing Principal for Greater Los Angeles/Orange County. Mr. McDonald began his professional career at ASIMCO, a Beijing-based private equity firm.

Ms. Noelle Perkins has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Secretary of the company since 2025. Prior to this, she served as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary of the company. Previously, she was the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Risk Officer, and Secretary of Univar Solutions, Inc. from 2019 to 2023. Ms. Perkins also served as Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of Univar from March 2018 to October 2019.

Ms. Holly Tyson has been the Chief People Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Zebra Technologies. Previously, she held the same role at DICK'S Sporting Goods and The Brink's Company. Before moving into these senior roles, Ms. Tyson was Vice President of Human Resources for the U.S. Pharmaceuticals business at Bristol-Myers Squibb following her early career stints in consulting at Accenture and CIGNA
