Ms. Karen S. Lynch has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Executive Vice President of the company from 2018 to 2021. Previously, she served as the President at Aetna Inc from 2015 to 2021. Earlier, she served as the Executive Vice President of Aetna’s Specialty Products Business from 2012 to 2013. Ms. Lynch held various executive positions at Magellan Health Services. She also worked with Ernst & Young.

Mr. Thomas F. Cowhey has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since January 2024. Prior to this, he served as a Interim Chief Financial Officer from October 2023 to January 2024, Senior Vice President of Finance from September 2023 to October 2023 of the company. He also served as the Senior Vice President of Capital Markets of the company from February 2022 through September 2023. Previously, Mr. Cowhey worked as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Surgery Partners Inc from April 2018 to February 2022. Earlier, he worked at Aetna from 2007 to 2018.

Mr. James D. Clark has been the Controller, Senior Vice President, and Chief Accounting Officer of the company since 2018. He served as the Vice President of Finance and Accounting for CVS Pharmacy Inc from 2009 to 2018. He worked in public accounting positions at Stockholm, San Francisco, and Boston audit practices at Deloitte & Touche LLP for 22 years.

Ms. Katerina Guerraz is the Chief Strategy Officer, Executive Vice President, and Head of Enterprise Affairs of the company. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Operating Officer and President of Enterprise Strategy and Integration Services and Planning of Aetna Group.

Ms. Laurie P. Havanec has been the Chief People Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer at Otis Worldwide Corporation from 2019 to 2021. Previously, she served as the Vice President of Talent at United Technologies Corporation from 2017 to 2019. Earlier, Ms. Havanec served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Institution Businesses of Aetna Inc from 2013 to 2017. Currently, she also serves as a Director of American Water Works Company, Inc.
