Mr. Hiroshi Geshiro has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director and President of the company since 2018. Previously, he served as the General Manager of the International Division of FA&DA Operations in 2016; Managing Officer in 2015; and Corporate Officer in 2012 at the company.

Mr. Hideaki Takubo has been the Chief Human Resources Officer, Managing Director and Head of Corporate Functions of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as Corporate Officer and General Manager of the Human Resources and General Affairs Division at the company since 2019. He also served as President at Daifuku (China) Co., Ltd.

Mr. Shuichi Honda has been the Director and Senior Managing Officer of the company since 2014.
