Mr. Sunao Manabeis has been the Chairman of the company since April 2023 and Chief Executive Officer of the company since March 2019. Previously, he served as the President, Director of the Board, and the Chief Operating Officer of the company till March 2019. Prior to this, he served as Representative Director, Member of the Board, Executive Vice President, Head of General Affairs and Human Resources Division and Head of Medical Affairs Division for the company. He also served as Member of the Board, Senior Executive Officer of Global Sale & Marketing of the company from April 2015 to April 2016.Prior to this, he served as Member of the Board, Executive Officer, President of the Company and Head of Business Intelligence Division of the company from June 2014 to April 2015.He also worked as Executive Officer, President of the company and Head of Business Intelligence Division from April 2014 to June 2014.Prior to this, he worked as Corporate Officer, Vice President of Corporate Strategy Department of the company from April 2012 to April 2014.He also served as Corporate Officer, Head of Group HR & CSR of the company from April 2011 to April 2012.Prior to this, he served as Corporate Officer, Vice President of Global Project Management Department of the company from April 2009 to April 2011.He also worked as Vice President of Medicinal Safety Research Laboratories, Daiichi Sankyo Co Ltd from April 2007 to April 2009.Mr. Manabeis also served as Vice President of Medicinal Safety Research Laboratories of the company from April 2007 to April 2009.

Mr. Hiroyuki Okuzawa has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since April 2023. He also serves as a Director of the company. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Financial Officer, Executive Officer and Head of Corporate Planning and Management Division of the company. Previously, he served as the Corporate Officer and President of ASCA Company of the Company. Mr. Okuzawa joined the company in April 1986.
