Mr. Ben Keswick has been the Chairman of the company since 2013. Previously, he served as the Managing Director of the company from 2012 to 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director of Jardine Cycle & Carriage from 2007 to 2012. Earlier, he delivered his services as a Finance Director and the Chief Executive Officer of Jardine Pacific from 2003 to 2007. Mr. Keswick also served as the Chairman of Jardine Matheson, Hongkong Land, Jardine Cycle & Carriage and Mandarin Oriental.

Mr. Scott Price has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since August 2023. Prior to this, he served as a President, International at UPS and Executive Vice President of Global Leverage at Walmart from 2009 to 2017, and joined DHL Express in Europe as President IN 2002later was promoted to Chief Executive Officer in 2007.

Mr. Constantine has been the Chief Financial officer, Director of Property Division and Director of the company since 2019. He also serves as the Director of Property for the company since 2018. Prior to this, he held international, finance and property dictatorships with Marks and Spencer, Deenhams, the Arcadia Group and Urton group.

Mr. Joy Jinghui Xu has been the Group Chief People & Culture Officer since August 2023. Prior to this, she held multiple positions at Procter & Gamble, PepsiCo, Novartis/Sandoz and Manulife.

Ms. Erica Chan has been the Group Chief Legal, Governance and Corporate Affairs Officer since December 2023. Prior to this, she worked with Walmart for 12 years at as SVP, General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer, Asia. Ms. Erica also spent 13 years at Star TV Group where she was General Counsel for Greater China and General Manager for Hong Kong.
