Mr. James K. Kamsickas has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman of the company since 2015. Prior to this, he served as President, Chief Executive Officer of International Automotive Components Group S.A. from April 2012 to August 2015. Mr. Kamsickas also served as the Global Co-Chief Executive Officer and President of North America and Asia region from January 2011 to April 2012 and the President and Chief Executive Officer of North America and Asia region from April 2007 to December 2010 of International Automotive Components Group S.A. Earlier, he worked at Lear Corporation and held various positions such as Head of Lear’s Interior Systems. In addition, Mr. Kamsickas also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Manufacturers Alliance for Productivity and Innovation; and the United Way of Greater Toledo. He is also a member of the Toledo Rotary Foundation.

Mr. Timothy R. Kraus has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President of finance and treasurer, since 2017 to 2021. He served as Vice President of Finance and Treasurer, since 2016 to 2017.

Mr. Dominiak has been the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2017. Previoulsy Mr. Dominiak served as Vice President of global engineering for Dana's Off-Highway Drive and Motion Technologies business, since February 2016. Prior to that, he was Deputy Chief Technology Officer for Hutchinson Industries Inc. Mr. Dominiak served in a variety of technology leadership roles, including Senior Director of electronics engineering and purchasing, Managing Director of electronic assess systems, and Vice President of security systems at Valeo Inc. He also served as R&D Chief Engineer and Program Director at Rockwell in Paris and held various engineering roles at both Webasto and Corning Inc.

Mr. Douglas H. Liedberg has been the Chief Compliance and Sustainability Officer, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as General Counsel and Secretary, Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer, since 2017 to 2020. Prior to this, he served as Associate General Counsel, since 2008 to 2017.

Ms. Maureen Pittenger serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of the company. Previously, she served as Vice President of human resources for the Light Vehicle business, corporate, and talent acquisitions. She joined the company as Vice President of corporate human resources in 2019. Prior to Dana, she served various leadership roles in human resources at Visteon Corporation.
