Ms. Cynthia T. Jamison is the Chairwoman of the company. Previously, she served as the Chief Financial Officer at AquaSpy, Inc. from 2010 to 2013. She also served as a Partner at Tatum, LLC, Chief Financial Officer at Chart House Enterprises, and held several executive positions at Allied Domecq Retailing USA, Kraft General Foods, and Arthur Andersen.

Mr. Rajesh Vennam has been a Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since January 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Treasurer at the company from July 2020 to 2021. Mr. Chris Chang has been the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since April 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President for Technology Strategy, Innovation and Planning at the company. He served as the Corporate Vice President for Innovation and Information Technology Strategy at Caesars Entertainment. Previously, he served as Vice President of Strategy and Product Management at INFONOW Corporation.

Ms. Sarah H. King has been a Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer of the company since 2025. Prior to this, she served as the Chief People and Diversity Officer at the company. Previously, she served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at the company from September 2017 to May 2021 and spent 19 years with Wyndham Worldwide Corporation in numerous human resources leadership positions worldwide. She served as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources for Wyndham Vacation Ownership from 2010 to 2017.
