Mr. Rick Cardenas has been the President, Director ,and Chief Executive Officer of the company since May 30, 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2016 to 2022. Previously, he served in various positions at the company including as Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer; Director of Corporate Development; Director of Finance and Technology for Seasons 52; Executive Vice President of Operations for LongHorn Steakhouse; Senior Vice President of Finance and Controller for Red Lobster; Vice President of Finance and Assistant Controller for Olive Garden; Senior Vice President of Finance and Controller for LongHorn Steakhouse. Previously, he worked for the Parthenon Group and Bain & Company.

Mr. Rajesh Vennam has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since January 2021. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer at the company from July 2020 to 2021. Previously, he served in various positions at the company including as Senior Vice President of Finance and Analytics, Director of Financial Planning & Analysis for LongHorn, Manager of Treasury, Senior Financial Analyst in Investment Analysis, Olive Garden Marketing Analysis, and Treasury, and as Senior Business Analyst for Market Development. He also served Senior Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis and Treasury at Reb Lobster, and Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis and Investor Relations at The Fresh Market.

Mr. Chris Chang has been the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since April 2016. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President for Technology Strategy, Innovation and Planning at the company. He served as Corporate Vice President for Innovation and Information Technology Strategy at Caesars Entertainment. Previously, he served as Vice President of Strategy and Product Management at INFONOW Corporation.

Mr. Matthew R. Broad has been the Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Legal Officer, Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary of the company since 2015. Prior to this, he served as Executive Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel for OfficeMax Incorporated from 2004 to 2013. Previously, he served as Associate General Counsel with Boise Cascade Corporation .

Ms. Sarah H. King has been the Chief People and Diversity Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since March 2017. Prior to this, she spent 19 years with Wyndham Worldwide Corporation in numerous human resources leadership positions worldwide. She served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources for Wyndham Vacation Ownership from 2010 to 2017.
