Mr. Randall C Stuewe has been the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the company since 2003. Mr. Stuewe has served in various agriculture processing businesses. Previously, he served in various senior management positions at ConAgra Foods from 1996 to 2002 and has also served as President of Gilroy Foods.

Mr. Brad Phillips has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since January 2018. Previously, Mr. Phillips served as the Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer, and Assistant Controller of the company. He also served at Republic Health Corporation as Corporate Accounting Manager.

Mr. John Bullock has been the Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Vice President of Specialty Ingredients of the company since 2014. Prior to this, Mr. Bullock served as the Senior Vice President of Business Development at the company from 2012 to 2013. Previously he worked for ConAgra Foods Inc., as the Head of mergers and acquisitions group of the ConAgra Trading and Processing Companies from 1991 to 2004.

Mr. Patrick McNutt has been the Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as Vice President of Fleet Operations from 2010 to 2022. Mr. McNutt joined the company in 2000 as Director of Safety Management. He also has served in various senior positions at Coca-Cola and Argonaut Insurance Company.
