Mr. Li Xiaofei has been the Chairman of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he was the Deputy General Manager of Datang Xinjiang Power Generation Co., Ltd. He was also the Deputy General Manager, General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of China Datang Coal Industry Co Ltd. Mr. Xiaofei also worked as the Director of technical and economic center of CDC; Executive Director, and General Manager of China Datang Corporation Technology and Economics Research Institute Co Ltd. Previously, he served as the Director of strategic planning department of CDC; and Director of operation and management department of CDC.

Mr. Sun Yanwen has been the Chief Accountant and Secretary of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Director of the accounting division, Director of the capital and property rights division of the finance and property rights management department, and Director of the capital and asset division of the finance management department of China Datang Corporation Ltd. Mr. Yanwen also served as the Director of the finance department of Datang International Power Generation Co Ltd.
