Mr. Wan Ahmad Rudirman Bin Wan Razak has been the Chairman of the company since December 2025. Previously, he was the Chief Executive Officer of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants from 2022 to 2025. Prior to this, he served as President and Group Chief Executive Officer of Terengganu Incorporated Sdn Bhd from 2017 to 2021. Prior to this, he served as Chief Executive Officer of MBI Terengganu from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, he served as Group Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Director of Selia Ekuiti Sdn Bhd from 2012 to 2016. Mr. Razak was the Group General Manager of Corporate Development Services of KUB Malaysia Berhad from 2007 to 2008. Prior to this, he served as Head of Corporate Strategy, Group Corporate Planning Division under the Managing Director's Office of Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, he was the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Finance and Corporate Services Division for Asia Pacific Auction Centre Sdn Bhd from 2001 to 2005. Earlier, Mr. Razak worked at Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad and CIMB Group of Companies.

Ms. Geng Mun Mooi has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since June 2014. Prior to this, she served several senior financial positions with a multinational trading company, oil and gas company. Ms. Mooi also worked with one of the Big Four international accountancy firms in Malaysia and the UK.

Mr. Datuk Cham Nong Aliap has been the Chief Technology and Sales Officer of the company since March 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Group Special Project Director at Widad Business Group from 2015 to 2017. He has experience in different industries such as Aquaculture, Publication and Media, Education, Construction, Integrated Facility Management, Engineering Consultancy, Hospitality Management, and Property Development.

Mr. Hasrul Bin Hasan has been the Chief Corporate Officer of the company since March 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Group Accountant, at Widad Business Group Sdn Bhd from 2015 to 2018. He served as the Vice President/Head of Group Compliance, Small Medium Enterprise Development Bank Malaysia Berhad in 2015. From 2014 to 2015, he served as the Vice President/Head of risk management at SME Bank. He also served as the Assistant Vice President/Head of risk management and compliance at SME Bank from 2012 to 2014. From 2010 to 2012, he served as the Assistant Vice President/Head of compliance at SME Bank. Earlier, he also served Banking and Financial Conglomerates Supervision Department supervising the Islamic, commercial and investment banking institutions at Bank Negara Malaysia in 2001.
