Ms. Pamela M. Arway has been the Chairperson of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she served as the Director of the company from May 2009. Mr. Javier J. Rodriguez has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since June 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of DaVita Kidney Care. Mr. Rodriguez also served at Baxter Healthcare Corporation in Finance from 1995 to 1996. Previously, he served as the Director of Operations for CBS Marketing Inc. He also serves as Director for Gilead Sciences Inc.

Mr. Joel Ackerman has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the company since April 2019. Prior to this, he served as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Champions Oncology, Inc. Earlier, he served as a Managing Director at Warburg Pincus from January 1999 to September 2008. He also served as served as a Director at Kindred Healthcare, Inc., from December 2008 to July 2018 and Director of Coventry Health Care, Inc., from September 1999 to May 2013.

Mr. Christopher M. Berry has been the Chief Accounting Officer of the company since September 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of the company from August 2023 to September 2023. Mr. Berry also served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Sonder Holdings Inc from August 2022 to August 2023. Earlier, he served as Sonder’s interim Principal Financial Officer from January 2023 to March 2023. Previously, he held various roles at Alaska Air Group Inc, including Vice President, Corporate Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer from february 2017 to April 2022, managing director of accounting, corporate controller and principal accounting officer from February 2014 to February 2017, managing director, investor relations from October 2010 to February 2014, and director, financial reporting and accounting from March 2005 to October 2010.

Ms. Stephanie Hendrickson has been the Chief People Officer of the company since 2025. She joined the company in 2013 to build teams across the healthcare provider, medical device, and pharmaceutical sectors.
