Mr. Eugene Huang has been the Chief Information Officer of bank since May 2024. Previously, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ping An Technology. Prior to this, he was the Deputy General Manager, Chief Technology Officer, and Chief Operating Officer at OneConnect Financial Technology. Mr. Huang has also held positions at Citigroup and HSBC, and spent nearly a decade at Salomon Smith Barney and Credit Suisse First Boston.

Mr. Peter Seah Lim Huat has been the Chairman of the bank since May 2010. He serves as the Chairman of Singapore Airlines Limited and LaSalle College of the Arts Limited. He also serves as a Director at GIC Private Limited, the University of the Arts Singapore Ltd, Fullerton Financial Holdings Pte Ltd, and STT Communications Ltd. Prior to this, he was the Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the former Overseas Union Bank.

Ms. Judy Lee has been a Director of the bank since August 2021. She serves as the Managing Director of Dragonfly LLC and Dragonfly Advisors Pte. Ltd. She also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Dragonfly Capital Ventures LLC and Director of Commercial Bank at SMRT Corporation Ltd, JTC Corporation, Strides DST Pte. Ltd., Mapletree Logistics Trust Management Ltd, and Temasek Lifesciences Accelerator Pte. Ltd. Previously, she served as a Partner of Capco.

Mr. Chng Kai Fong has been a Director of the bank since March 2021. Currently, he serves as Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Communications and Information and Prime Minister’s Office. He also serves as a Director of The Government Technology Agency of Singapore, Info-Communications Media Development Authority, and Singapore Symphonia Company Limited Previously, he served as the Managing Director at Singapore Economic Development Board.
