Mr. John C. May has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company, since 2019. Mr. May also served as the President and Chief Operating Officer, President of Worldwide Agriculture and Turf Division of the company for the Americas and Australia and Global Harvesting and Turf Platforms, from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, he served as President of Agricultural Solutions and Chief Information Officer, since 2012 to 2018.

Mr. Joshua A. Jepsen has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company, since 2022. Prior to this, he served as Deputy Financial Officer in 2022. Mr. Jepsen also served as Director of Investor Relations, since 2018 to 2022 and Manager of Investor Communications, from 2015 to 2018.

Mr. Rajesh Kalathur has been President of John Deere Financial and Chief Information Officer of the company, since 2022. Prior to this, he served as Chief Financial Officer, President of John Deere Financial and Chief Information Officer in 2022. Mr. Kalathur also served as President of John Deere Financial and Chief Information Officer, Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Information Officer of the company from 2018 to 2019. He also served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2012 to 2018.

Mr. Jahmy J. Hindman has been the the Senior Vice President of the company since June 2023. He also serves as the Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2020. Previously, he held several positions in the company including Global Manager of Architectures, Systems and Modules; Platform Architect for the Tractor Product Lines; and Manager of Large Tractor Chassis. He also served as General Manager; and Engineering Manager at Deere's construction-equipment factory in Tianjin, China; Product Marketing Manager and Engineering Supervisor for four-wheel-drive construction loaders. He joined John Deere as a Test Engineer for backhoes and crawlers in 1996.

Ms. Felecia Pryor has been the Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer of the company since August 2022. Prior to this, she served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at BorgWarner, since 2019 to 2022. Prior to this, she served as Global Vice President of Human Resources at BorgWarner, since 2018 to 2019. Prior to this, she served as Vice President of Human Resources ASEAN at the Ford Motor Company.
