Mr. Rolando C. Gapud has been the Chairman of the company since 2006. He also serves as the Chairman of Del Monte Foods, Inc and Del Monte Philippines, Inc and Director of FieldFresh Foods Private Ltd. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at several Philippine companies, including Oriental Petroleum and Minerals Corp, Security Bank and Trust Company and Greenfield Development Corp. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer at the joint venture operations of Bankers Trust and American Express in the Philippines. Mr. Gapud also served as a Director in various major Philippine companies, including the development finance arm of the Philippine Government and the Development Bank of the Philippines. He has over 45 years of experience in finance, banking and general management.

Mr. Joselito D Campos, Jr. has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director and Managing Director of the company since 2006. He also serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at NutriAsia Group of Companies, a Director of Del Monte Philippines, Inc and the Chairman at Fort Bonifacio Development Corp and Ayala-Greenfield Development Corp. He is also a Director at San Miguel Corporation and FieldFresh Foods Private Ltd, and the Vice Chairman at Del Monte Foods, Inc. Previously, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at United Laboratories and its regional subsidiaries and affiliates. He serves as the Chairman of the Metropolitan Museum of Manila, The Mind Museum, Bonifacio Arts Foundation Inc and the Del Monte Foundation, Inc. Earlier, he served as a Director of the Philippine Eagle Conservation Program Foundation, Inc and a National Advisory Council Member of the World Wildlife Fund-Philippines.

Mr. Parag Sachdeva has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2015. He also serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Del Monte Philippines, Inc. He has over 25 years of management and finance experience in spanning planning and controllership, mergers and acquisitions, performance management, information technology (IT), treasury and human resources. He served at Carlsberg Asia for more than a year and supported efficiency and effectiveness programs across the Asian and African region. He also served at HJ Heinz for 20 years and held various leadership positions in Asia Pacific regions in finance, IT and human resources.

Mr. Luis F Alejandro has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2006. He also serves as a Director of Del Monte Philippines Inc, Del Monte Foods Inc and FieldFresh Foods Private Ltd. He served at Procter & Gamble for 15 years in brand management. Prior to this, he served as the President and General Manager of Kraft Foods Philippines Inc. He also served as the President and Chief Operating Officer at ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation, Southeast Asia Food Inc and Heinz UFC Philippines, Inc. Mr. Alejandro also served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of. He has over 30 years of experience in consumer product operations and management.

Mr. Antonio E S Ungson is the Chief Legal Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary of the company. He serves as the Head of the Legal Department at Del Monte Philippines since 2007. Previously, he served as Senior Associate at SyCip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan in Manila. Mr. Ungson joined the company in 2006.
