Mr. Yancey Hai has been the Chairman of the company since 2012. Prior to this, he served as the Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company. Earlier, Mr. Hai served as the Country Manager of GE Capital Taiwan, and held various major Positions in international financial organizations such as Citibank and JP Morgan.

Mr. Mark Ko has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2012. Prior to this, he served as the Quality Assurance Manager and Purchasing Manager of RCA Taiwan. Previously, he served as the Senior Quality Engineer at Zenith Taiwan. He also served as the Chief Operating Officer and President of the company. Earlier, Mr. Ko worked with China Steel Corp.

Mr. Ping Cheng has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2012. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and President of the China Region. Previously, he worked as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Power Supply Business Group at Delta. Mr. Cheng served as the Executive Vice President of the China Region, and Deputy General Manager of Delta China’s Component Business Group from 1998 to 2008. He worked as the Plant Manager of YUASA-DELTA, Factory Manager of Delta Thailand, and a Section Chief of Manufacturing department of Delta.

Mr. Simon Chang is the Chief Operating Officer, Director, and President of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Industrial Automation business division at the company. Before this, Mr. Chang served as a Product Design Engineer, Material Manager, the General Manager of the Industrial Automation Business Group, and an Engineering Manager at Delta.
