Mr. Kevin O. Meyers is the chairman of the board of directors of Denbury. He has been a board member since July 2011. Currently, he serves on the board of directors of Precision Drilling Corporation, Hess Corporation and Hornbeck Offshore Services. Previously, he served on the board of directors of Bill Barrett Corporation, LUKOIL, the World Energy Council, the United States Energy Association, the Board of Regents of the University of Alaska and the Nature Conservancy of Alaska. Before retiring from ConocoPhilips in 2010, he served as a senior executive in the company, most recently serving as the Senior Vice President Exploration and Production, Americas. Prior to that, he was President of ConocoPhillips Canada, President of ConocoPhillips Russia and Caspian Region, and President of ConocoPhillips Alaska

Mr. Christian S. Kendall has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Denbury since July 2017. He joined the company as Chief Operating Officer in September 2015. Prior to joining Denbury, Mr. Kendall served in a wide range of international and domestic leadership positions at Noble Energy, Inc including Senior Vice President, Global Operations Services. He also served as Vice President, Gulf of Mexico from 2011 to 2014 and as Business Unit Manager and Vice President, Noble Energy Mediterranean Ltd from 2007 to 2011. Mr. Kendall worked for 14 years at Noble. He started his career at Mobil Oil in 1989.

Mr. Mark C. Allen has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Assistant Secretary of Denbury since July 2009. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and the Chief Accounting Officer of the company from April 1999 to June 2009. Prior to joining Denbury, Mr. Allen served as the Manager of Financial Reporting for ENSCO International Incorporated from November 1996 to April 1999; and Manager of Price Waterhouse LLP. He also served as the Director of Genesis Energy LP between June 2006 and February 2010 and Encore Energy Partners GP LLC between August 2010 and December 2010

Mr. James S. Matthews is the Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel and Secretary of Denbury since 2012. Prior to joining Denbury, he served as a partner in the law firm Vinson and Elkins LLP from 2001 to 2012.
