Mr. Gan Matsui is the Chairman of the company. Previously, he served as the Chairman of the Independent Advisory Committee on Labor Environment Reform in Dentsu Inc. He also served as the Chief Persecutor of Yokohama District Prosecutors Office and Chief Prosecutor General Chairperson of the Supreme Financial Securities Expert Committee. Earlier, he served as the Prosecutor of Otsu District Public Prosecutors Office.

Mr. Takeshi Sano has been Director, Representative Executive Officer, President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since April 2026. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer dentsu Japan. Earlier, he served as an Executive Officer, Chief Executive Officer of dentsu Japan and Deputy Global Chief Operating Officer of Dentsu Group Inc from March 2025 to March 2026. Prior to this, he served as Chief Executive Officer of dentsu Japan and Deputy Global Chief Operating Officer of Dentsu Group Inc from January 2025 to March 2025. He also served as Director, President & Chief Executive Officer of Dentsu Inc from January 2024 to January 2025. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer, Business Transformation and Managing Executive Officer of Dentsu Inc from January 2023 to January 2024. Earlier, he served as a Director of Information Services International-Dentsu, Ltd.

Mr. Shigeki Endo has been Director, Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the company since March 2026. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Dentsu Group Inc. Previously, he served as Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Accenture Japan Ltd from March 2020 to July 2024. Earlier, he served as the Managing Director and Commercial Director of Accenture Japan Ltd from October 2018 to March 2020. He also served as the Head of Corporate Finance & CFO, BAT UK NGP from September 2016 to October 2018. Prior to this, he served as Head of Corporate Finance and Chief Financial Officer of BAT UK NGP from September 2016 to 2018; Chief Financial Officer and acting Chief Executive Officer of BAT Sri Lanka from October 2015 to September 2016; Chief Financial Officer of BAT Sri Lanka from August 2015 to October 2015 Chief Financial Officer and acting Chief Executive Officer of BAT Cambodia from September 2014 to August 2015.

Mr. Arinobu Soga has been Chief Financial Officer, Chief Governance Officer, Director, Executive Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer, Director and Executive Vice President of the company in 2022. He also served as a Director and Executive Officer of the company from 2017 to 2022. Previously, he served as an Executive Officer and Managing Director of Corporate Strategy Division at the company in 2017. Earlier, he served as the Managing Director in Finance and Accounting Division of the company.

Mr. Jeremy Miller has been the Chief Communications Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Communications and Marketing Officer. Previously, he also served as the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at McCann Worldgroup.
