Mr. Jay L. Schottenstein has been the Chairman of the company since 2005. Currently, he also serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of American Eagle Outfitters Inc and SB360 Capital Partners and the Chairman of American Signature Inc and Schottenstein Stores Corp. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2005 to 2009. Earlier, he held various executive roles at Schottenstein RVI LLC and Retail Ventures Inc. Mr. Schottenstein has been a Director of Albertsons Companies since 2006.

Ms. Deborah L. Ferree has been the Chief Product Officer, and Vice Chairman of the company since February 2023. Prior to this, she served as President of Camuto of the company from 2021 to 2023. Previously, she served as Senior Vice President of Merchandising, Executive Vice President, Vice President of Merchandising, President and Chief Merchandising Officer of the company. Ms. Ferree served in various leadership positions, including Divisional Merchandising Manager of Shoes, Accessories and Intimate Apparel for Harris Department Store, and Divisional Merchandise Manager of the May Company.

Mr. Douglas M. Howe has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since April 2023. Prior to this, he served as the President of DSW and Executive Vice President of Designer Brands. He also served as the Chief Merchandising Officer at Kohl from 2018 to 2022. Earlier, he served in leadership roles at QVC and Old Navy, Walmart, and May Department Stores.

Mr. Sheamus Toal has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Principal Financial Officer of the company since 2026. Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of The Children's Place. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Saatva.com. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer at New York & Company.
