Mr. Lionel F. Conacher has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. Previously, he served as a Director of the company. He also served as a Director of Better Choice Company Inc. Mr. Kanter served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Blue Nile, Inc. from 2012 to 2017. He also served as the Chairman from January 2014 at Blue Nile, Inc. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Moosejaw Mountaineering and Backcountry Travel, Inc. from 2009 to 2012. From 2003 to 2008, Mr. Kanter served at Michaels Stores, Inc.

Mr. Peter H Stratton has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer of the company since 2017. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of Finance, Controller and Treasurer of the company from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, Mr. Stratton served as the Chief Accounting Officer, Senior Vice President of Finance, and Corporate Controller at the company from 2009 to 2014. Mr. Stratton served as the Senior Director of Corporate Accounting at BearingPoint from 2007 to 2009.

Mr. James Reath has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Marketing at Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. from 2021 to 2022. Mr. Reath served as the Senior Vice President of Marketing at Macy’s, Inc. from 2017 to 2020. From 2013 to 2017, he served as the Executive Vice President, Head of Retail at BBDO New York. Mr. Reath served at McKinney from 2010 to 2013, as the Vice President and Group Account Director and as the Executive Vice President and Director of Retail and Shopper Marketing. He also served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Young & Rubicam from 2008 to 2010.

Mr. Anthony J. Gaeta has been the Chief Stores and Real Estate Officer of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Store Sales and Operations from 2017 to 2022. Mr. Gaeta served as the Zone Vice President and Vice President of Store Operations and Training of the company. Prior to this, he served as a Regional Manager for Men’s Wearhouse from 2007 to 2011 and as Regional Vice President for After Hours Formalwear from 2006 to 2007.
