Ms. Clara-Christina Streit has been the Chairwoman of the company since 2025. She serves as Chairwoman at Vonovia SE. Previously, she served as a member of the Deutsche Borse board since 2019.

Mr. Stephan Leithner has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since January 2025. Previously, he was the Co-Chief Executive Officer of the company. Prior to this, he held various leadership position at the company such as Global Co-Head of Corporate Finance, Managing Director M&A Germany, and Leadership positions in Global Banking. He also worked as a Partner at McKinsey & Company.

Mr. Gregor Pottmeyer has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2009. Previously, he served as Executive Board Member of Mercedes Benz Bank AG from 2008 to 2009. Earlier from 2002 to 2007, Mr. Pottmeyer worked with Mercedes-Benz Finanz GmbH as Managing Director Controlling and Accounting from 2001to 2002, Deputy Managing Director of Mercedes Benz Leasing GmbH from 1999 to 2002, Director Controlling and Accounting from 1998 to 1999, Director Planning and Controlling from 1995 to 1998 and Senior Manager of Projects from 1993 to 1995. He also worked as a Senior Manager of Planning Coordination and Reporting at debis AG from 1990 to 1993. Prior to that, Mr. Pottmeyer was the Manager of Group Planning Controlling at Daimler Benz AG from 1987 to 1990.

Mr. Christoph Bohm has been the Chief Information Officer and Chief Operating Officer of the company since November 2018. Before this, he was with SAP SE as Senior Vice President, Global Cloud Services between 2018 and 2018. Mr. Bohm served as Chief Information Officer, Central Europe at Vodafone plc from 2010 to 2015. Between 2002 and 2010, he was with Deutsche Telekom AG where he served as Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Management, Active Billing GmbH & Co. KG, and Senior Vice President of Group Finance. Mr. Bohm served as Chief Information Officer at Conrad Hinrich Donner Bank AG, and General Manager at Signal Iduna Venture Capital GmbH between 1999 and 2002. Before that, he served as Senior Project Manager and Head of software development center Mail Solutions at Deutsche Post AG. From 1995 to 1996, Mr. Bohm served as Project and Product Manager at Topometrix Corp.

Mr. Christian Kromann has been the Head of Investment Management Solutions of the company since January 2025. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Operating Officer of SimCorp A/S. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Tia Technology A/S.
