Mr. Timotheus Hottges has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since January 2014. Previously, he served as a member of the board of management with responsibility for finance and controlling between 2009 and 2014. Prior to this, he served as the member of the board of management of the company responsible for T-Home unit from 2006 to 2009. He also served as the Head of European operations as the member of the board of management for T-Mobile International. From 2000 to 2004, he served as the Director of Finance T-Mobile Deutschland and the Chairman of its Managing Board.

Mr. Christian P. Illek has been the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Finance of the company since 2019. Previously, he served as the Chief Human Resource Officer of the company from 2015 to 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of the Management Board at Microsoft Germany. He also served as the Director of Marketing at Telekom Deutschland GmbH from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, he served as the in-charge of the Wholesale Center and the Value-Added Services Center for the company’s fixed-network, IPTV, convergent and business customer portfolio. Prior to this, Mr. Illek held a number of managerial positions at Bain & Company and at Dell, in both Germany and in Switzerland.

Mr. Robert Hauber has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2024. Previously, he was responsible for Group Controlling at the company. He served as Head of Group Controlling in Germany.

Mr. Abdurazak Mudesir has been the Chief Technology Officer, and Managing Director of Technology at the company since January 2023. Previously, he held various positions at Deutsche Telekom since 2018.

Ms. Birgit Bohle has been the Head of Human Resources and Legal affairs, and Director of Labor of the company since 2020. Previously, she served as the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company from 2019 to 2020. She also held various management positions at Deutsche Bahn AG from 2007 to 2018. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Executive Officer of DB Fernverkehr AG from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, she held the role of the Managing Director at DB Vertrieb GmbH from 2010 to 2015. Earlier, Ms. Bohle was appointed as the Vice President for Business Development and Marketing at DB Vertrieb in 2007.
