Ms. Barbara Baumann has been the Chairman of the company since January 2023. She currently holds the position of Director of National Fuel Gas Company and president of Cross Creek Energy Corp. Prior to this, she was the Director of the company from 2014. Previously, she has also served in various roles at Amoco.

Mr. Richard E. Muncrief has been the President and Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he was the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the board of WPX Energy from 2014 to 2021. Mr. Muncrief served as the Senior Vice President, Operations and Resource Development of Continental Resources, Inc. He also served as the Corporate Business Manager at Resource Production Company from August 2008 to May 2009. Prior to this, Mr. Muncrief served as President, Chief Operating Officer and as a Director of Quest Midstream Partners, LP from September 2007 to August 2008. Previously, he served in various managerial capacities with ConocoPhillips and its predecessor companies, Burlington Resources, Meridian Oil and El Paso Exploration ffrom 1980 to 2007.

Mr. Jeffrey L. Ritenour has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he was Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance, Investor Relations and Treasurer of the company. Mr. Ritenour joined the company in 2001. Prior to joining Devon Energy, he served at Ernst & Young in Dallas.

Mr. Clay M. Gaspar has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since January 2021. Prior to this, he served as Director, President and Chief Operating Officer at WPX. He joined WPX in 2014 and served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and also the Senior Vice President of Operations and Resource Development. Prior to joining WPX, he held technical and leadership roles at Newfield Exploration, Anadarko Petroleum, and Mewbourne Oil.

Mr. David G. Harris has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Corporate Development Officer of the company since January 2021. Prior to this role, he served as the executive vice president of exploration and production. He also served as the Senior Vice President of Exploration and Production and Business Development; Vice President of Corporate Finance and Treasurer; and also served as the Associate General Counsel. Prior to joining the company in 2007, he served as a Partner at the Dallas office of Thompson & Knight LLP.
